AmeriStaff's comprehensive drug testing program is designed as a tool to reduce the threat of substance abuse in the workplace. All programs are customized to meet each employer’s needs.Typically smaller employers experience the greatest risk of employee substance abuse. Substance abusers tend to not apply with companies that promote drug-free workplace programs. By implementing a drug-free workplace program, companies can decrease: on the job accidents, absenteeism, production costs, medical expenses, workers' compensation costs, turnover and theft. AmeriStaff requires our collectors to adhere to the strictest guidelines as set forth by the Department of Transportation. All collectors are trained and tested to perform collections in a respectful manner to ensure privacy, dignity and accuracy.

CRIMINAL BACKGROUNDS
When pulling criminal background checks, we only add positive identifiers. We run RCX's by the state in which the applicant has live. Although the contents of a check can vary, nearly all checks, will include felony and misdemeanor criminal convictions, and any pending criminal cases as well as traffic violations.
